Midleton Very Rare Irish Whiskey 2025 is the 42nd release in the prestigious annual vintage series from Midleton Distillery, celebrating the peak of Irish whiskey blending mastery. Master Distiller Kevin O'Gorman selected exceptional single pot still and single grain Irish whiskeys aged between 12 and 33 years in lightly charred ex-bourbon American oak barrels. This expression balances rich orchard fruit notes, delicate floral tones, and warm oak spices, delivering an exceptionally smooth, complex, and memorable tasting experience.

Food Pairing: Roasted duck breast, aged Gouda, dark chocolate truffles, crème brûlée, or glazed pork belly.

Tasting Notes : Luminous honeyed gold hue with a silky, rich, and velvety mouthfeel on the palate.

Nose : Ripe green apples, sweet pears, vanilla bean, floral blossom, toasted oak, honeyed malt, and gentle nutmeg spice.

Palate : Smooth and complex with layers of orchard fruits, candied orange peel, butterscotch, creamy vanilla, toasted coconut, and warm clove spice.
