Midleton Very Rare Barry Crockett Legacy is a premium Irish single pot still whiskey created in honour of former Midleton Master Distiller Barry Crockett. Bottled at 46% ABV, it is matured exclusively in American oak bourbon casks, including a portion aged in unseasoned American oak. The result is an elegant profile of vanilla, toasted oak, citrus, green berries, pear, mandarin, cinnamon and gentle pot still spice.

Food Pairing: Roast pork, grilled salmon, aged cheddar, pear tart, citrus desserts, vanilla custard, or lightly spiced pastries.
