Eve & Michel Rey 'Sur La Roche' Pouilly-Fuissé 2020 is an exquisite, artisanal Premier Cru white Burgundy produced by the dynamic husband-and-wife team Eve and Michel Rey in Vergisson. Sourced from the steep, limestone-dense amphitheater of the 'Sur La Roche' climate—one of Pouilly-Fuissé's most revered Premier Cru sites—the grapes are organically farmed and harvested entirely by hand. Vinified naturally with indigenous yeasts and aged gracefully in seasoned neutral oak barrels, this wine presents a luminous pale gold color. The complex, highly aromatic nose opens with refined scents of lemon curd, white peach, acacia blossom, crushed chalk, and subtle roasted hazelnut notes.
