About the Eve & Michel Rey Pouilly-Fuisse Aux Charmes 2020 750ml
The nose is delicately floral. Vanilla and anise share the aromatic palette but citrus fruits are not left out.
The woodiness is very well integrated here and we can clearly sense the transformation of the aging with orange notes. The finish is still toasty and will still require a little time to integrate, but it bodes well for ensuring this wine has many good years ahead of it. The freshness remains astonishing in the midst of this opulence. Density, chiseling and roundness characterize this wine with very good aging potential.
