Domaine Michel Mallard et Fils Corton Grand Cru Les Maréchaudes is a structured Pinot Noir from an old-vine parcel near the base of the Corton slope. Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, cassis, smoke, spice, leather, and crushed stone lead to concentrated fruit, muscular tannins, vibrant acidity, and an exceptionally long finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with roasted lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, venison, mushroom risotto, game birds, aged Gruyère, or truffle-infused dishes.
