A delicious, balanced and round palate, with firm and ripe tannins... Michel Lynch Rouge, with its lovely dark and bright garnet color, reveals notes of blackcurrant and fresh bread, in an impression of maturity and power. It is the harmonious expression of the Bordeaux terroirs, combining the richness of the left bank of the Garonne, Médoc and Graves, with the roundness of the wines of Fronsac, Côtes de Castillon or Blayais, on the right bank. The fruitiness of Michel Lynch Rouge is best enjoyed young, at 18°C, with red or white meat, game, and cheese.
