Mi Terruno Uvas Chardonnay

The Mi Terruno 'Uvas' Chardonnay is a pale lemon yellow in the glass and has strong aromas of mango, white melon and white peach. There's some discreet lime zest adding a zing to the back palate, and the whole package is completed by a white floral character and a touch of ginger spice. It's medium bodied rather than too heavy - it's alive and fresh, with plenty of acidity. There's a whisper of nuttiness that suggests that the oak hasn't been forgotten completely, but the strengths of this wine are its rounded fruit and freshness.
