Mi Familia Flores Plata Tequila

Crafted in Jesus María, in the Los Altos (Highlands) region of Jalisco, Mexico, Mi Familia Flores Plata (Silver) is an artisanal 100% Blue Weber Agave Tequila produced by Corporativo de Marcas de Tequila (NOM 1459). Made from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave (Agave tequilana) cultivated in rich, iron-red volcanic soil at high elevation, the agave hearts mature for 7 to 10 years to reach peak sugar concentration. The harvested piñas are slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens (mampostería), crushed via roller mill extraction, and fermented in open-air stainless steel tanks using proprietary airborne yeasts. Double-distilled in traditional copper pot stills, this unaged expression is immediately bottled to preserve its bright, estate-grown agave character. Presented in a signature diamond-cut crystalline bottle, it offers a vibrant, highlands-forward profile rich in sweet cooked agave, crisp citrus, white floral notes, and delicate peppery warmth.
