Mi Campo Reposado Tequila 1.75L

Crafted in Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico, Mi Campo Reposado is a modern, 100% Blue Weber Agave Tequila produced under master tequilera Berenice Morales at La Cofradía (NOM 1137). Marrying traditional Jalisco craftsmanship with contemporary wine-cask maturation, the 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave (Agave tequilana) is harvested at peak maturity from both the Lowlands and Highlands of Jalisco. The piñas are cooked in stone brick ovens, gently pressed using roller mills, and fermented in open stainless steel tanks with proprietary yeasts. Following double-distillation in copper pot stills, the spirit is rested for three months in French oak Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir barrels that have been gently toasted. This wine-barrel finishing process imparts a smooth, rounded mouthfeel with delicate notes of cooked agave, vanilla, toasted oak, honey, and subtle red fruit complexity. Presented here in a generous 1.75L format, it provides high versatility for back-bar programs and large gatherings.

Food Pairing: Slow-cooked pork carnitas, grilled steak fajitas, mole poblano, aged Gouda or Manchego cheese, roasted squash, or dark chocolate with berries.
