An exceptional, intensely concentrated, and classically structured vintage Port wine from the spectacular 2017 growing season, crafted by the historic Caves Messias. Pouring a deep, opaque purple-ruby color, it opens with an alluringly rich and complex bouquet of jammy blackberries, dark cherries, and wild blueberries, beautifully interwoven with notes of crushed violets, black pepper, and elegant balsamic undertones. 

Food Pairing: Outstanding when paired with rich dark chocolate tortes, red fruit reductions, artisanal honey cakes, or a selection of powerful, mature blue-veined cheeses like Stilton.
