Meo-Camuzet Clos Vougeot Grand Cru 2021 is a Grand Cru Burgundy made from 100% Pinot Noir. The wine offers aromas of dark cherry, wild berries, violets, spice, and forest floor. Concentrated yet refined, it delivers silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and exceptional length.

A medium crimson purple in color. The bouquet is attractive rather than massive. Lovely cherry fruit right through the middle then a firmer finish as the natural tannins of the Clos kick in. Proper length here as well.

The 2021 Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru is more structured, unwinding in the glass with aromas of smoky berries, sweet spices, plums and orange zest. Medium- to full-bodied, fleshy and layered, with powdery tannins that assert themselves on the saline finish. It will reward a bit of patience.
