About the Mendel Semillon
Mendel Semillón is an elegant Argentine white wine from Mendoza, crafted from historic old-vine Semillón vineyards in Luján de Cuyo. This refined wine reveals aromas of citrus, white peach, pear, chamomile, and white flowers, with a textured palate featuring vibrant acidity, mineral notes, subtle lees complexity, and a long, refreshing finish.
Food Pairing: Grilled seafood, oysters, roasted chicken, creamy pasta, soft cheeses, fresh salads, shellfish, and Mediterranean cuisine.
