About the Meikyoshisui Taruhi Tokubetsu Junmai 1.8L
Soft and smooth, with restrained aromatics and a clear expression of rice. The palate shows rounded Yamada Nishiki umami balanced by firm acidity and a distinctly dry character, finishing clean and refreshing with enough depth to remain expressive when served warm.
Food Pairing: Grilled fish, yakitori, tempura, mushrooms, hot pot, roasted pork and other savoury dishes, especially when served warm.
