About the Meerlust Cabernet Sauvignon 2022
Deep ruby with a youthful garnet hue, the 2022 offers blackcurrant and black plum layered with tobacco, cedar, graphite and a distinctive oyster-shell mineral note. The palate is structured and concentrated with ripe black berries, elegant tannins and a long finish of dark chocolate and salted liquorice.
Food Pairing: Roast beef, grilled steak, lamb, venison and other game meats.
