Exuberant and full on the nose with overflowing fruit, hints of cocoa and mint. Meaty and round on the palate, with creamy and fluid tannins.

This syrah shows sweet black raspberry with candied rose petals, sap, cracked pepper, and a subtle meatiness. There's clear varietal character here, and it nicely evolves in the glass to reveal more depth with time, before finishing with moderate length. Well made and correct. Sourced from Don Mauro Vineyard in Elqui Valley.
