Maxico Mistico Licor Limpia'uras is an artisanal Mexican herbal aperitif liqueur crafted in Zapopan, Jalisco, inspired by traditional Mexican shamanic rituals and cleansing ceremonies ("limpias"). A modern Mexican interpretation of traditional herbal absinthe and fernet recipes, it features separately extracted Mexican sage (salvia), estafiate (wormwood), white mint, lavender, rosemary, and marjoram infused in cane spirit. Extracted in darkness to preserve its natural chlorophyll, it offers a vibrant green profile balanced between fresh herbal sweetness and crisp botanical bitterness.

Food Pairing: Fresh goat cheese, citrus-dressed salads, roasted pork chops, grilled fish tacos, tapas, and dark chocolate.
