Named "Cortaespantos" ("Ghost Cutter" or "Fright Cutter") after traditional Mexican folk beliefs, this artisanal expression combines rich roasted coffee beans, Mexican wormwood (genepy), and spicy habanero chillies. It delivers a harmonious blend of deep roasted coffee sweetness, earthy herbal bitterness, and a lingering, fiery chilli kick.
