About the Maverick Estate Rubeus Red Blend
A generous Okanagan Valley red blend with layers of ripe plum, cranberry and dark berry fruit complemented by savoury herbs, pepper and subtle tobacco notes. Rich and textured on the palate, it combines plush fruit with structured tannins and a long, satisfying finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with smoked ribs, grilled steak, braised beef, roasted lamb, hearty mushroom dishes, barbecue or aged cheeses.
