About the Matteo Correggia Roero Nebbiolo
An elegant Piedmont Nebbiolo with fragrant red cherry and raspberry fruit, lifted by floral notes and subtle savoury spice. Medium-bodied and refined, the palate combines lively acidity with fine, structured tannins and gentle oak influence, finishing fresh, balanced and persistent.
Food Pairing: Pair with braised beef, roasted pork, mushroom risotto, truffle pasta, grilled lamb, aged cheeses and hearty Piedmontese dishes.
