About the Masumi Nanago Yamahai Junmai Daiginjo 720ml
A refined Yamahai Junmai Daiginjo from Nagano with elegant notes of ripe banana and yellow peach layered over subtle grain and savoury nuances. Silky yet structured on the palate, its restrained sweetness, vibrant acidity and deep umami create a complex, beautifully persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with tempura, hamachi, mushroom risotto, grilled seafood, roasted poultry, savoury rice dishes or delicate dishes prepared with dashi.
