About the Mas de Daumas Gassac Rose Frizant 2023
A naturally sparkling rose made using the Charmat method without added sugar or yeast. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon and Mourvedre grown in the Gassac Valley, it offers vibrant strawberry, raspberry, citrus, and floral aromas with fine bubbles, crisp acidity, and a refreshing Extra Brut finish.
Food Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif or with salmon tartare, fresh goat cheese, fruit salad, strawberry tart, and light summer dishes.

A delicious, round and crunchy sparkling wine. The nose shows aroma of small berries, red currants and mild spices. It's medium-bodied with fine bubbles. Balanced and flavorful with a bright finish.
