Martoccia Rosso di Montalcino 2024 is a vibrant, food-friendly red wine produced by Martoccia di Brunelli Luca in the famed Montalcino area of Tuscany. Crafted from 100% Sangiovese, it undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by aging for up to 9 months in a combination of Slavonian oak barrels and French oak barriques. In the glass, it exhibits a clean ruby-red color. The aromatic profile is expressive and floral, offering notes of wild berries, ripe red cherries, violet, mint, and subtle warm spices. On the palate, it is medium- to full-bodied, fresh, and well-balanced, delivering bright red fruit flavors framed by crisp natural acidity and fine, approachable tannins that finish clean and savory.
