Martoccia Brunello di Montalcino 2020 is an elegant and expressive Tuscan red crafted from 100% Sangiovese Grosso cultivated in the southwest vineyards of Montalcino. Aged extensively in traditional Slavonian oak barrels followed by bottle refinement, this vintage opens with vivid aromas of ripe red cherries, wild crushed plums, dried violet petals, pipe tobacco, and subtle earthiness. On the palate, it exhibits a full-bodied structure supported by vibrant natural acidity, fine-grained firm tannins, and a long, persistent finish marked by savory spice and mineral undertones.
