About the Martinez Alesanco Gran Reserva 750ml
The Gran Reserva wines are more complex and more wood is present. They are perfectly tuned and have an elegant balance between fruit and notes from barrel aging.
Throughout the life of a vineyard, only a few vintages are suitable for the production of a Rioja Gran Reserva wine. These are magical harvests where the grapes evolve perfectly. We know they will be historic vintages, and because of the winemaker’s skills and experience, the wines become immortal.
Like a palette of colors, the ripe fruit and aromatic herbs paint this wine in rich colors, ripe peach, and strawberry jam. The wine shows hints of thyme from the clay soils and aromas of cocoa and vanilla. A painting where only the passage of time will reveal its great value.
