Martin Texier Petite Nature is a bright, festive, and deliciously refreshing natural sparkling wine (Pétillant Naturel) crafted by second-generation vigneron Martin Texier. Made predominantly from Muscat à Petits Grains along with native white varieties grown on clay-limestone and granitic soils in Saint-Julien-en-Saint-Alban, this ancestral method sparkler undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Bottled during fermentation without added sugar, sulfur, fining, or filtration, it bursts with lively aromas of fresh white peach, elderflower, green apple, and bright citrus peel. On the palate, it is light-bodied, effervescent, and crisp, offering energetic orchard fruit flavors balanced by a clean, saline finish.
