About the Martin Texier Cinsault 2023
Martin Texier Cinsault 2023 is a vibrant, light-bodied, and highly expressive natural red wine crafted by second-generation vigneron Martin Texier. Sourced from organically farmed old Cinsault vines planted on granitic soils in Saint-Julien-en-Saint-Alban, this wine is fermented spontaneously with native yeasts using whole clusters in concrete tanks and aged without fining or filtration. In the glass, it presents a pale ruby hue with fragrant aromas of fresh red cherries, wild raspberries, pomegranate, subtle garrigue herbs, and crushed white pepper, leading to a supple, energetic palate with silky tannins and crunchy acidity.
Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with charcuterie boards, grilled chicken, pork carnitas, ratatouille, mushroom tarts, light pasta dishes, and mild cheeses.
