Produced by Maison Martell, one of the oldest of the major Cognac houses founded in 1715 by Jean Martell, Martell Three Star (VS) is a classic expression of the house's signature double-distillation technique. Uniquely, Martell double-distills exclusively clear wines that have been cleared of all impurities and lees, resulting in exceptionally fine, light, and elegant eaux-de-vie. Maturing in fine-grained oak barrels from the Tronçais forest imparts a delicate wood influence without overpowering the bright, fruity character. This iconic bottling offers vibrant aromas of fresh plum, lemon zest, warm oak, and subtle floral tones.
