Mars Shinshu Iwai Tradition Japanese Whisky is a rich, malt-driven blended whisky crafted at the Mars Shinshu Distillery, located at an elevation of 798 meters in the heart of the Japanese Alps. Matured in a complex array of casks—including ex-bourbon, sherry, and red wine barrels—this expression pays homage to Kiichiro Iwai, a pivotal pioneer in the history of Japanese whisky distillation, delivering a harmoniously balanced profile of ripe dark fruit, warm spice, and a very gentle touch of peat.
