A rich, velvety, and deeply aromatic Portuguese fortified wine (Vinho Licoroso) masterfully crafted by the historic Adega de Cantanhede. Produced using traditional fortification methods to preserve the natural grape sugars, it is aged for a minimum of 24 months in small-to-medium-sized old wooden casks. It displays a beautiful ruby-red hue with elegant orange-amber reflections, opening with an intense, sophisticated bouquet of dried figs, golden raisins, and candied fruits, seamlessly layered with notes of exotic wood and warm holiday spices. 

Food Pairing: Exceptional when enjoyed on its own as an after-dinner digestif, or paired with rich chocolate desserts, artisanal honey cakes, roasted nut tarts, and powerful blue-veined cheeses.
