Salmon colour with hued nuances with a very fine and persistent bubble. Intense and complex aroma. Reveals tertiary notes resulting from the stage in fine lees, Sur lies. In the mouth it is distinctive fruity, elegant crisp, fresh and intense.
Food Pairing:
Excellent companion when served at dessert with pies, ice cream or fruit.
