Displaying a deep ruby color with delicate brick-red reflections at the rim, it opens with a complex, expressive bouquet of stewed dark plums, dried figs, and roasted coffee, interwoven with subtle notes of leather, clove, dark chocolate, and elegant toasted oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied, polished, and lively, presenting concentrated dark fruit flavors framed by fine, velvety tannins and a persistent, savory mineral finish.
