Made from Savagnin grown in the Jura, this white wine is aged sous voile, developing layered aromas of walnut, preserved citrus, spice, and savory complexity while retaining vibrant acidity and mineral freshness. The palate is dry, textured, and remarkably persistent with a distinctive oxidative character.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with Comte cheese, roast chicken, mushroom dishes, veal, and creamy Jura-inspired cuisine.
