About the Coup de Jus Panda Pinot Noir
Coup de Jus Panda is made entirely from Pinot Noir sourced from organic vineyards near Colmar. Whole-cluster maceration and natural fermentation are followed by ten months in concrete eggs and demi-muids. The wine is supple and juicy, showing fresh red fruit with delicate tannins and freshness.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with herb-roasted chicken, beef tartare, cured ham, or creamy soft-ripened cheese.
