The Marchesi di Grésy Langhe "Grésy" Chardonnay 2021 is a sophisticated, barrel-aged white wine that stands as one of Piedmont's finest interpretations of the grape. Produced by the historic Tenute Cisa Asinari dei Marchesi di Grésy, the wine is crafted from estate-grown fruit sourced from two distinct parcels: one in the famed Martinenga vineyard in Barbaresco and another in Monte Aribaldo in Treiso. The 2021 vintage is noted for its exceptional balance between vibrant acidity and a creamy, oak-influenced depth. Fermented and aged for nearly two years in new French oak barriques, it offers a rich profile of ripe tropical fruit, toasted hazelnut, and vanilla, underpinned by a distinct flinty minerality.
