Domaine Marcel Deiss Altenberg de Bergheim Grand Cru is a white field blend of traditional Alsatian varieties grown on limestone, sandstone, marl and iron-rich clay soils. Fermented with ambient yeasts and aged in large foudres, it delivers concentrated fruit, honeyed complexity, freshness, salinity and remarkable depth.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with foie gras, roasted duck, aged Comte, or aromatic Moroccan chicken tagine.
