Sourced from 100% Saperavi grapes—Georgia's famed indigenous teinturier grape known for its deep color and dark fruit profile—the grapes are harvested at optimal maturity to ensure high natural sugar levels. Fermentation is stopped early by cooling to retain the grapes' natural residual sweetness without adding sugar, resulting in a rich, harmonious, and approachable wine.
