About the Mansong Yellow Rice Wine 2020
A premium vintage Shaoxing Huangjiu with a rich, layered profile of caramel, apricot, cherry and almond complemented by subtle nutty and coconut nuances. Smooth and full on the palate, refreshing acidity balances its depth, leading to a long, gently savoury finish.
