A rare Madeira with layered aromas of apricot, dried citrus, raisins, anise and caramel, accented by subtle mature wood. Rich and silky on the palate, concentrated sweetness is lifted by precise citrus acidity, creating an elegant, complex and remarkably persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with rich fruit cake, Christmas pudding, blue cheese, roasted nuts, caramel desserts or dried-fruit pastries.
