Malivoire Courtney Gamay 2022 is deeply fruited and smooth, showing black cherry, blackcurrant and boysenberry with anise and nutmeg. Cranberry and rhubarb flavours meet smooth tannins, lively acidity and a cherry-allspice finish. Extended French oak aging adds distinction and structure.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with herb-crusted pork tenderloin, roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and pan jus.
