Domaine Maldant-Pauvelot Chorey-Les-Beaune is an elegant Pinot Noir showing black cherry, raspberry, spice and black pepper aromas with delicate oak. The palate is rounded and supple, combining ripe red and black fruit with mature tannins, balanced wood influence and a persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roasted poultry, green-pepper duck, chestnut turkey, coq au vin, or feathered game.
