About the Maison Stephan Le Syrah
Maison Stephan Le Syrah is a Vin de France produced entirely from Syrah sourced from Condrieu, Verin and Roussillon. The vineyards combine alluvial, granite and glacial moraine soils. The wine undergoes carbonic maceration and eight months of tank maturation, emphasizing fresh dark fruit and mineral character.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with herb-grilled lamb chops, roasted duck breast, ratatouille, or lentils with Mediterranean herbs.
