About the Maison Stephan Cote-Rotie L'Ultime
Maison Stephan Cote-Rotie L'Ultime is a red blend of Syrah and Viognier drawn from multiple estate Cote-Rotie terroirs. The vineyards span varied granite, mica and schist soils. Fermentation uses indigenous yeasts, followed by 24 months of maturation in used barrels before release.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roasted duck breast, braised beef short ribs, grilled lamb chops, or venison loin.
