Maison Stephan Les Binardes is a Cote-Rotie combining 90% Syrah and 10% Viognier. The vines grow on leucogneiss and quartz-veined soils, while maturation takes place for 12 months in tank. It offers verified notes of peony, violet and strawberry with supple, elegant tannins.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roasted duck breast, grilled beef tenderloin, braised veal, or mature hard cheese.
