About the Maison Stephan Cote Rotie Bassenon
Maison Stephan Coteaux de Bassenon combines Syrah, Serine, and Viognier from Cote-Rotie. The wine is aged for 24 months in old Troncais oak barrels, showing verified notes of violet, kirsch, cocoa, chocolate, and powerful tannins from its dark biotite-rich migmatite granite terroir.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roasted wild boar, braised hare, venison loin, or grilled turbot.
