Magnolia Wheated Bourbon

A brilliant revival of a historic pre-Prohibition label! S.N. Pike's Magnolia is an excellent wheated bourbon crafted from a mash bill of 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley. Aged for at least three years and bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV), this incredibly high wheat content results in a phenomenally smooth, creamy, and sweet sipping experience without the sharp, peppery bite associated with traditional high-rye bourbons.

NOSE

Bright and fresh aromas of warm baked bread, floral honey, and bright citrus fruit.

PALATE

Soft, creamy, and fruit-forward, delivering lovely notes of apricot, sweet cream, vanilla pudding, and a touch of maple syrup.

FINISH

Clean, nutty, and smooth, leaving a pleasant sweetness and gentle, lingering warmth.
