Maestro Dobel 50 Cristalino Extra Anejo Tequila

Maestro Dobel 50 Cristalino Extra Añejo Tequila is an ultra-premium, 100% Blue Weber agave tequila created by Maestro Dobel to commemorate the 50th birthday of founder and 11th-generation tequila maker Juan Domingo Beckmann Legorreta. Crafted from estate-grown organic agaves in the Highlands of Jalisco, the spirit is double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills and matured for a minimum of three years in a combination of American white oak and Eastern European oak barrels. It then undergoes a proprietary charcoal filtration process to strip away its dark amber color while preserving the rich, complex depth of an aged Extra Añejo.

Food Pairing: Seared duck breast with fig reduction, grilled lobster tail, dark chocolate tarts, aged gouda, or foie gras crostini.

Tasting Notes : Crystal clear appearance with subtle platinum reflections and a rich, silky, medium-to-full body on the glass.
