Pours an attractive pale amber-gold color, opening with an intense, high-toned bouquet of dried orange peel, fresh lemon zest, and dried apricots, layered with subtle notes of exotic resin, beeswax, and toasted almonds. On the vibrant palate, its light and lean structure is propelled by a laser-focused, razor-sharp line of bracing citrus acidity that cleanes the palate and extends into a dry, salt-tinged, and highly persistent mineral finish.
