The pack includes An Loy, a classic single malt matured across ex-bourbon, red wine, Oloroso and PX casks; Kildara, a triple-distilled pot still whisky using ex-bourbon, virgin American oak, Oloroso and PX casks; Cath-Nah-Aven, a sherry-driven single malt matured in Spanish Oloroso and PX casks; St. Mallie Red Wine Barrique, a single malt matured in Portuguese red wine barriques; and Siol Dugall, a 54 PPM peated single malt using ex-bourbon, virgin American oak and red wine casks. 

Food Pairing: Pair the collection with aged cheeses, charcuterie, smoked meats, roasted nuts, dark chocolate or dried-fruit desserts.

Tasting Notes: A varied tasting journey ranging from fruity and floral malt character through rich sherry and red-wine-cask flavours to robust peat smoke, vanilla, spice and oak.

Nose: Malt, orchard and dried fruit, vanilla, sherry sweetness and wine-cask fruit develop across the selection, with Siol Dugall introducing aromatic peat smoke.

Palate: Diverse and expressive, moving through sweet malt and fruit, rich Oloroso and PX character, red wine influence, warming oak spice and smoky peated malt.

Finish: Varied across the five expressions, with lingering malt sweetness, dried fruit, oak, spice and peat smoke.
