Macaloney's Na Braiche

Macaloney’s Na Braiche is a Canadian single malt whisky from Macaloney’s Distillery on Vancouver Island, crafted from Canadian malted barley and matured in Portuguese red wine casks. The wine-cask influence brings ripe red berries and tropical fruit together with toffee, toasted oak, honey, citrus and dark chocolate, supported by juicy malt and a long, oak-driven finish.

Food Pairing: Roast duck, grilled pork, aged cheddar, dark chocolate, berry desserts, fruitcake, or roasted nuts with honey and warming spice.

Tasting Notes: Rich and fruity, combining red berries and tropical fruit with toffee, honey, citrus, dark chocolate, toasted oak and juicy malt.

Nose: Ripe red berries and tropical fruit lead into toffee, toasted oak and gentle wood spice.
