Macaloney's Cath-Na-Haven

Macaloney’s Cath-Nah-Aven is a rich Canadian single malt whisky distilled, matured and bottled in Victoria, British Columbia. Crafted from local British Columbia malted barley and matured in premium Spanish Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, it develops red berries, plum and raisins over a creamy malt body, with oak spice, tannins and a subtle sea-breeze character.

Food Pairing: Roast duck, aged cheddar, dark chocolate, plum desserts, fruitcake, roasted nuts, or rich dishes with warming spices.

Tasting Notes: Rich and sherried, combining red berries, plum and raisins with creamy malt, oak spice, vanilla, tannins and subtle maritime notes.
